He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Hambel Funk; and his grandson Hudson Roberts. He is survived by: his father Francis Funk (Meg Drake Funk) of McConnelsville; his children, Andrew Funk of Grove City, Katie Roberts (Jason) of Malta and Jennifer Funk of Malta; his sisters, Lorrie Bowman (Tim) of McConnelsville and Gretchen Harper (Mike) of Malta; and his grandchildren, Becca, Gage, Nathan, Rowan and Charlie.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation or to the Funk Medical Fund at the North Valley Bank in Malta.
