He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Ruckman, Sr. and Zelda Vaness Ruckman; his brothers, Dale and John Ruckman; his foster mother Mary Nalley; his father-in-law Marvin Hossman; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Hossman, Pat Gibson and Charles Crooks.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hossman Ruckman of Malaga; his son George Ruckman (Christa); his granddaughter Jentri Sue of Somerton; his mother-in-law Bertha Hossman of Malaga; his siblings, Robert Ruckman of Kansas, Ron Ruckman of Woodsfield, Edward Ruckman (Adelle) of Newport, Russel Ruckman (Trish) of Monroe and Dora Wyatt (Darrell) of North Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Crooks of Malaga, Jerry Hossman (Darla) of Malaga, Karen Hughes (Chad) of Malaga, Dave Gibson of Woodsfield and Sandy Ruckman of Woodsfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
