He is survived by: his wife Trisha; his daughter Natalie Lynne Lewis; his mother Iloma Joyce; his sister Teresa Lewis; his parents-in-law, Richard Dixon (late Jan) and Jane Davis (Donald); his siblings-in-law, Todd Dixon (Kim), Jill Cromer (John), Heather Smoot (Steve), Shawn Porter and Betsy Porter; his nieces and nephews, Briauna, Jessica, Bryce, Zachary, Ryan, Nolan, Luke, Hannah and Joseph; his friends, Kathy Prosser and Vicki Taylor; and his pet Ollie "Buster".
