He was predeceased by: his sibling Billy Lipps Jr.; and his parents, William Walter Lipps Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" Lipps. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lipps Jr (Carrie) and Stacey Lipps (Randall Kleine); his grandchildren, Stephen Lipps III, Carson Lipps, Jonathan Lipps, Jacob Kleine, Kase Kleine, Owen Kleine, Ella Kleine and Karlee Kleine; his sibling Betsy Gels (Jim); and his significant other Diane Oligee.
