With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Earl Dugan of Maineville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Dugan (Bowman); his parents, John B. Dugan and Agnes Dugan (Sundin); and his brother Eugene Dugan. He is survived by: his children, Jo Roth (Tom) and John Dugan; his granddaughter Melody Roth; his stepgrandson Tommy Roth; his siblings, Pat Dugan of Fairfield, OH and Tom Dugan (Linda) of Charlottesville, VA; and his friend Jim Thomas.
