He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Franklin and Carrie Brown (Blauser); and his sister Dorothy Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Brown (Leiss); and his children, Kevin, Chris, Richard Gary and Shari. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
