He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Pat Adleta; his children, Paul Edward Adleta, John Thomas Adleta (Carla) and Tammy Ann Siekman (Shaun); his grandchildren, Cameron (Kaitlyn), Skyler (Lauren), Alexis (Brandon), Riley, Taylor and William; his great grandchildren, Wade, Molly, Delilah and Jude; and his siblings, Arlene Castner, Ron Adleta, Mary Ann Amyx and Donald Adleta.
