He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Phelan and Jeremiah Phelan; his siblings, Lynne Lapham (Dave) and Jay Phelan (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Dave Lapham (Casandra), Sarah Sicking (Tom), Courtney Root (Jim) and Caitlin Faughn (Scott).
