We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2019, at the age of 62, Mark T. Phelan (Maineville, Ohio), born in Stoneham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Phelan and Jeremiah Phelan; his siblings, Lynne Lapham (Dave) and Jay Phelan (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Dave Lapham (Casandra), Sarah Sicking (Tom), Courtney Root (Jim) and Caitlin Faughn (Scott).
