He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Shary and Pearl Shary. He is survived by: his wife Laura Shary; his children, Stephen Shary (Lucia), Suzanne Boyle (Jeremy) and Catherine Fox (Peter); his grandchildren, Orion Shary, Isaac Shary, Keegan Boyle and Celia Boyle; and his sibling Phi Kappa Psi.
