She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William G. Smiley; her daughters, Jill Smiley and Diana Simms (William); and her grandchildren, Haden, Halle, Georgia Kirk, Blake and Addison Simms.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorial donations be made to Warren County Humane Society as Kathy was an avid animal lover and rescuer.
