He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Hopkins, Marion Blanton, Margie Gerasi and Rita Knueven. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Steve Hopkins (Pamela), David Hopkins (Sharon) and Jennifer Buelsing (William); and his grandchildren, Heather France (Jason), Andrew Hopkins, Chris Hopkins (Destiny), Casey Hopkins, Hannah Hopkins, Dana Buelsing, Catilin Buelsing and Will Buelsing.
Memorial donations are requested to the Hospice of Cincinnati.
