He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Thompson and Margaret Thompson (Pusch); his brother Scott; and his uncle Barry Pusch. He is survived by: his wife Gail Thompson (Selby); his stepdaughters, Tara McCarthy (Brian) of West Chester and Amber Poss (Keith) of Powell, Ohio; his grandchildren, Evan McCarthy, Kylie, Caden and Keira Poss; his sister-in-law Polly Thompson; his nephews, Scott II and Brad Thompson of Lawrenceville, Georgia; his aunt Judy Pusch of Evanston, Illinois; and his cousin Hans Pusch (Molly).
