He is survived by: his wife Michelle Cupp; his parents, Jimmy Cupp and Jeanie Cupp; his siblings, Teresa Sears and Josh Cupp (Angela); his father-in-law Dan Anderson (Donna); his brothers-in-law, Dave Anderson (Carrie) and Matthew Anderson; his nieces and nephews, Zach Cupp (Stephenie), Tyler Cupp (Kayla), Lindsey Sears, Eliza Cupp, Emmitt Cupp, Easton Cupp, Kaitlin Varney (Brad), Tyler Anderson, Ryan Anderson, Jacob Anderson, Zach Anderson, Nicholas Anderson and Gabriel Anderson; his pet Oliver; and also Hawken Varney.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jason's memory may be made to the Adoption Fund at New Hope Batist Church.
