He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Hale; his daughters, Sheri Evans (Martin) and Penny Dowers (Tim); his grandchildren, Sarah Evans (Justin Haubner), Martin Evans (Hannah Marsh), Austin Dabbs (Melissa Burke) and Josh Dowers; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Kerns, Maddie Boggs and Iyla Haubner; and his siblings, Virgil Hale (Tammy), James Hale (Carol) and Virginia Cox (late Fordyce).
