He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Siereveld; his children, Teresa Ziska (Russ) and Brian Siereveld (Amanda); his grandchildren, Erin Hannah (Stephen), Ashley Findsen, Kelsie Clinebell (Justin), Austin Siereveld and Brice Siereveld; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Oliver, Deacon, Jace, Launa and Brody; and his siblings, Don, Lawrence, Jerry, Ralph, Betty and Maryanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
