She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Crowder and Elsie Robertson Crowder; her sisters, Phyllis Koger White and Dorothy Glaser of Cincinnati; and her niece Debbie Koger Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Diann Shafer (Richard) of Mason, Ohio and Philip J. Hamilton of Telluride, Colo.; her stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn Grimsley (Brayden) of Crittenden and Brandon Shafer of Independence; and also, Diann and Philip. She is also survived by three nieces, four nephews, and their children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Museum of Art.
