Basta of Aurora; his children, Nicholas Phillips of Hyde Park, Madelyn, Gabriel and Lucas Basta of Maineville; his grandmother Ann Marie Basta of Aurora; his brothers, Paul Basta (Tara) of Bolton, MA and Andrew Basta (Kim) of Erie, CO; his girlfriend Pandora Homer of Cincinnati; his former wife Krista Basta of Maineville; and his son Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
