He was predeceased by: his parents, Billee Mummey and Kathryn Mummey; his brother Steve Mummey; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Mummey (Dineen) and Kathleen Mummey (Glennie).

He is survived by: his siblings, Phil, Don, Walter Mummey and Mary Seago (Mike). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and friends.

Donations may be made to local food banks, homeless shelters, ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center.
