He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. and Rose Marie McGarvey (Mercer); his wife Debbie McGarvey; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Kristi McGarvey; his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Steve Finley; his great grandchildren, Grayson McGarvey, Kennedi McGarvey, Kaitlyn Finley and Alina DiPalma; and also, Reece, Johnathon and Angelo. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
