He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sickafoose and Pauline Sickafoose (Schneider). He is survived by: his wife Cindy M. Sickafoose; his children, Holly Brundage (Kevin) and Scott I. Sickafoose; his siblings, Fay Strong, June Pullins (Jerry) and Jack Sickafoose (Helen); and his brother-in-law Dale Farber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
