She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blaskis and Mary Blaskis (Stanulonis); her husband David A. Simon; and her brother Richard Blaskis. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Bushong; her grandchildren, Heather Kiser, Matt Bushong (Jill) and Brandyn Bushong; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Nicholas, Devin, Arista, Alex and Jackson; and her brother John Blaskis (Judy).
