He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Ada Marie Dengate Jr. (Gardner); and his brother Lloyd Dengate. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. (Hoiles); and his siblings, Linda Guinter (William), Larry (Rose) and Loren Dengate (Diane). He is also survived by three stepchildren.
