She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Mildred Simpson (Reardon); her husband Joseph E. Halter, Sr.; and her siblings, Betty Buzzelli, Dorothy Trussel and Robert Trussel, Sr. (Helen).

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Roth and Joseph E. Halter, Jr.; and her granddaughter Jenna (Daniel Bouhall).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Helen's memory may be made to St. James Catholic Church or St. James School, 400 E. Lisbon St., Waynesburg, OH 44688.
