He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Matilda Spadafora (Susi). He is survived by: his wife Loretta E. Spadafora; his daughter Autumn Spadafora; his son-in-law Kody Staskey; his grandchildren, Drake Spadafora and Grace Rees; and his siblings, Patricia Hull (Ronald), David Spadafora (Dora) and Jeffrey Spadafora (Xiomara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
