She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Welch and Lois Welch (Walke); her brothers, Donald Eugene Welch and Kenneth L. Welch; and her granddaughter Lorrie Lynn Clady.
She is survived by: her husband James; her former husband Don; her daughters, Donna Clady (Bob) of Richwood and Kathy Griffith of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Holli Musser (Eric), Morgan Ream (Josh), Heather Couch (Eric) and Gaile Gildow (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Emily Musser, Paige Comer, Trent Comer, Colton Musser, Brett Gildow, Wade Gildow, Reed Comer, Gracelyn Couch and Lane Couch; and her sisters-in-law, Leila Jolliff, Marcia Welch and Sharon (Joseph Robinson). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins as well as countless friends.
