She was predeceased by: her father Gary Lee Hendrickson. She is survived by: her mother Gina E. Blevins; her husband Derick; her daughters, Auriel, Alison and Alayah; her stepson Karson Long; her grandmother Myra Wilson; her siblings, Haley Hendrickson, Makenzie Hendrickson, Caleb Blevins, Brook Seitz, Daniel Clapper, Joseph Clapper, Jacob Savage, McKenzie Clapper, Hannah Blair and Henry Blair; her parents-in-law, Terri Copley (Ike) and John Long (Monica); and her brothers-in-law, John and Justin Long. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
