He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Usko and Andrew Usko; his daughter Karyn; and his siblings, Genevieve, Andrew, John, Marge and Esther.

He is survived by: his former wife Susan Marie Krasnicki; his wife Sue; his children, Kevin Usko, Jeff Usko (Kristin) and Kimberly Berger (David); his grandchildren, Caden, Kayla, Madelyn and Ryan; and his brother Don Usko (Marcy).
