He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Dodge (Alexander); his wife Shirley; and his brother-in-law David Head. He is survived by: his father Frank Dodge; his sisters, Martha Lee (Steven) and Debbie Head; his close friend Patricia Ohtola; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Paratto, Melanie Dodge, T. J. Paratto and Peyton. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
