He is survived by: his wife Virginia Stone; his children, Thomas Surbella Jr. (Maureen), Lisa Bowers (Kerry), Kristine Surbella, Warren Williams (Stacie) and Justin Williams (Deb); his grandchildren, Devon, Meghan, Mya, Paige, Brooklyn, Matthew, Logan, Kayla, Dalton, Clay and Nathan; his great grandchild Addison; and his brothers, Mike Surbella (Pat) and Craig Surbella.
