He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zmecek and Charlotte Zmecek (Burr); his wife Carol Ann Zmecek; his grandchildren, Faith and Andrew; and his brother Tim.

He is survived by: his children, Guy Williams (Pat), Lon Williams (Kim), Lynn Jackson (Joe), Lori Guzzi (Paul) and Missy Sine; his grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Candice (Tony), Joseph, Joshua (Samantha), Rakayla (Andrew), Sheila (Joe), Shannon, Christina and Sara; and his sister Mary Lette. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Toms name to The Fairport Harbor Veterans Memorial.
