He is survived by: his wife Martica Polewchak (Crowner); his children, Karen (Polewchak), Kuehm (Kevin) and Stephen M Polewchak; his stepdaughters, Christine (Fuger) and Barbara Fuger; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jennifer Kuehm, TJ, Stephanie, Jonathon, Christopher Games, Bethany and Katherine Fuger; his great grandchild Sophia Games; his siblings, James Polewchak and Cheryl Orth (Polewchak); and his former wife Barbara Martin.
