He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allen Baldwin and Rachael Baldwin; his wife Mary Jane Baldwin (Milligan); his daughters, Christine Osburn (Andrew), Stephanie Koslin (Dennis) and Jordan Hadley (Jason); and his grandchildren, Hannah Miller, Mason Miller, Logan Koslin, Kyle Koslin, Caden Mackey, Cohen Mackey and Jude Hadley.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (1301 10th St, Wellsville, OH 43968).
