She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy and Vieva; her brother Vance Underwood; her sister-in-law Pearl Underwood; her sister Shirley Underwood; and her nephew Jesse Spring.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel Boyer of Madison; her daughter Carrie House (Jeff) of Mentor; her nephews, David Underwood (Michele), Kenneth Underwood (Evelyn) of Maryland and Jeremy Spring (Jennifer) of Texas; and her caregiver Sherron.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to the David Simpson Hospice of the Western Reserve, P.O. Box 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192; or Country Baptist Church at 9054 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060.
