It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Donnelly Garvin of Madison, Ohio, born in East McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garvin and Genevive Garvin; and his daughter Lisa Garvin. He is survived by: his wife Debra C. Garvin; his children, Kym Garvin, Doreen Needham, Jacalyn Slemmer, Bob Garvin (Kim), Michelle Wigglesworth (Mark) and Dawn Wilcox (Tom); and his brothers, Tom (Judy) and Dave Garvin (Nancy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

He was a long time resident of Madison Township and received the 2023 Rarey Award for his many contributions to Groveport and Madison Township.
