He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Wilson and Ellen Wilson of Madison County, Ohio.; his wife Carole June Goff; and his son Captain Robert B. Wilson II. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Michelle; his son-in-law Dr. David J. Woehr; his son James Douglas Wilson; his grandchildren, Leah, Ling Woehr, Claire Miao Woehr, Robert B. Wilson III and Dallas Michael Wilson; and his brothers, Richard (Kathy), Tom (Sue), Charles (Lisa) of Plain City, Ted of Phoenix, Neal (Aida) of Houston and Hugh (Ben) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida..
