He was predeceased by: his former wife Sally Mirth (Baynes); and his son Robert Mirth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Mirth (Magavero) of Fairport; his sons, John Mirth of Independence and David Mirth of Reynoldsburg; and his siblings, Lee Mirth of Orlando, FL, Dale Mirth of Fredonia, NY and Patricia Vazquez of Brandywine, MD.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
