He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick E. Harpold and Delores June Walker; his sons, Darin Fowler and Bryan Fowler; and his siblings, Toni Randall (Harpold), Kathryn DeLong (Hanna Epes), Kathryn A. Carroll, Michael Harpold, Paul Harpold and Cynthia Cooper. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
