With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph E Simmons Sr. of Madison, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arcellous and Monna. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kelley Hawkins of Madison, OH; and his children, Patricia Williams (Eddie) of Charlotte, N. C., Dale Simmons (Sue) of Madison, OH, Renee Opalich (Craig) of Aurora, OH, Daniel Simmons (Ann Marie) of Eastlake, OH, Mark Simmons (Robin) of Chesterland, OH and Ralph Simmons Jr. of Sachse. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
The family suggests donations be made in his memory to Bella Care Hospice, State Route 45, Austinburg, OH 44010 for their excellent care.
