It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia L. Boonstra (Madison, Ohio), who passed away on February 25, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Chief Morale Officer; her husband Richard; her children, Jan Boonstra Pavlinak (Albert) and William Boonstra (Sarah); her grandchildren, Jay Pavlinak, Richard Boonstra II (Emily Clark) and Jessica Boonstra; and also, Madison Junior, The Western Reserve Junior and Bluestone Perennials.

Patti loved fresh flowers, but the family would also like to acknowledge the incredible support and care received from Great Lakes Caring and Hospice, 5966 Heisley Rd. #100 Mentor, OH 44060, where donations may be made in Patti's name.
