We bid farewell to Patricia Anne Cz-Stafford of Madison, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 4, 2025 at the age of 74. Patricia Anne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Frank Cz and Margaret Anne (Kalnasy); and her brother-in-law Leigh Mantell. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Charles Stafford; her sisters, Linda Mantell and Mary Ford (Jeff); her niece Michelle Bailey (Andrew); her nephews, Kevin Ford, Stephen Mantell (Maura) and Matthew Mantell; and her great-nieces, Dagne and Della Mantell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behm Family Funeral Homes - Madison (26 River St, Madison, OH 44057). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (2846 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057).
In lieu of flowers, Art requests that donations be sent either to the Madison Food Center, Madison Historical Society, Rabbit Run Theater, or Holy Cat Whiskers.
