He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick J. Square and Jeanne Square (Rand); and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ingersoll; his children, Jennifer Hahner (Dave), Amy Lukachko (Adam) and John Square (Laura); his grandchildren, Jamie, Andrew, Madelyn and Justin; his great grandchild Sharon Watkins; and his brothers, Gregory Square, Peter Square and Jeff Square (Sandra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and extended family.
