He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Golitko and Mary Golitko (Koehler); and his sister Kathryn Golitko White. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca, Matthew (Tara) and Jillian (Michael Horner); his wife Cynthia; his daughter Marisa Golitko (William Ayers); his granddaughter Chloe; his sister Joanne Gromen (Don); and his brother-in-law Carlo White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
