Maya Costello Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2023, at the age of 10, Maya Costello of Madison, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Vincent and Geraldine Costello. She is survived by: her parents, Greg Costello and Angela Costello; her siblings, Gianna and Justin; her grandparents, Robert DeJulius (LuAnn) and Cecelia Zupancic; her uncle Anthony Costello (Gina); her aunt Patric Avsec (Ken); and her cousins, Gavin, Melina and Austin.
