She is survived by: her children, Linda Burkholder (Bruce) of Madison, Tammy Braddock (John) of Nevada, Carl Lee Simpson (Camilla) of Wylie and Richard Simpson (Theresa) of Madison; her stepchildren, Earl Boylen (Chris) of Youngstown, William Boylen of Youngstown, Sharra Leonard (Ronald) of Cape Coral, Molly Griffith (John) of Madison, Penny Boylen of Ashtabula, Heather Leonard (Shane) of Cape Coral and Nicole Shane of Newark, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Patrick Burkholder, Anthony DiFabio, Brian Simpson (Meghan), Matthew Braddock, Brittany Burkholder, Ashley Borthick (Paul), Eric Burkholder (Tabitha), Kelley Phillips (Nathaniel), Cody Braddock and Matthew Simpson. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
