He is survived by: his wife Robyn Von Lehmden; his children, Kathryn (Charles), Marie Wolph (Mark), Sharon McLain and Marvin Jr. Moss (Patty); and his brother Danny Moss (Florence). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
