He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin M. Heath and Clara Heath (Brown); his wife Cynthia Heath (Shelley); and his siblings, Sarah Hanson, David McElroy, Patty Smith, Frankie McElroy, Richard McElroy, Margie Entsminger, Lois Snyder and Marion Heath.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Heath and William Heath (Joyce); his sisters, Louise Dennis and Linda Smith (Samuel) of Ashtabula; his nieces, Tammy Reagan, Rose Colby (Tim) and Julie Carmignani; and his nephew Robert Moore (Connie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
