She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Kalnasy (Harcsarik) and Frank Kalnasy; her husband Alfred F. Cz; her siblings, Elsie Wolf and Frank Kalnasy; and her son-in-law Leigh Mantell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Mantell of Nashport, Pat Stafford (Art) of Madison and Mary Ford (Jeff) of Ashtabula; her grandchildren, Steve (Maura), Matt Mantell (Angee), Michelle Bailey (Andrew) and Kevin Ford; and her great grandchildren, Dagne and Della.
Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks and practice social distancing.
