Gallagher (Tim), Anthony Formica, Louis Formica (Tamara), John Formica (Beth) and Vincent Formica (Doreen); his grandchildren, Amy Schulte, Jaclyn Schulte, Tim Gallagher (Sarah), Erin Gallagher, Nick Formica (Kelley), Rachel Formica Eaton (Jon), Melanie Formica, Jack Formica, Vince Formica (Brittany), Louis Formica and Marisa Formica; his great grandchildren, Jack Schulte, Carlina Matthews, Aiden Gallagher, Hope Formica, Glory Formica and Conor Gallagher; and his siblings, Mary Petti, Martha Kulp, Dominic Formica and Margaret Wargo.
