She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Shumate (Jacobs). She is survived by: her son David Cole (Danielle); her grandchildren, Kaiden Ruppert, Kallie Ruppert, Olivia Cole and Lillian Cole; her father Richard Shumate; and her sister Carolyn Semenick (Doug). She is also survived by four nieces & nephews.
