Leo Wirfel Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2021, at the age of 83, Leo Wirfel of Madison, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wirfel and Genevieve Wirfel (Illig); his grandson Nathan; and his brothers, Camillus, Herbert, Joseph and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Joann Minor; his children, Lisa Mykytiuk (David), Carolyn Wirfel, Kevin Wirfel (Cheryl), Janeane Murphy (Jim) and Brian Wirfel (Felicia); his grandchildren, Sara (Kory), Ashley (Andre), Cassandra, Lora, Craig (Deanna), James, Britton and Collins; his great grandchildren, Kamden, Hadley and Judah; and his siblings, Ronald Wirfel (Roseanne), Delores Bodenschatz (Denny), Michael Wirfel (Jean), Marjorie Gallardy and Suzette Spinner (Joseph).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leo's memory to Immaculate Conception Church, Madison Food Bank or charity of your choice.
